Saturday June 25
08:30-17:00 Second day trip from Longyearbyen to Coraholmen and Sefströmbreen, Ekmanfjorden. Start and finish at UNIS

Starting from Longyearbyen gives multiple options to visit famous Quaternary field sites in Svalbard and the fjord and glacier landscape and systems which charaterise much of western Spitsbergen. For a two day field excursion on Svalbard, this opportunity gives exceptional value given the logistics involved in organising such an excursion. Visits to Coraholmen and Kapp Ekholm are planned. Trips will be weather dependent but being based in the Isfjorden area leaves multiple field options available.
